St Margaret’s Hospice, together with Crosscare Expert and TecIt have developed a internet portal that can integrate Crosscare with your website giving patients and other healthcare professionals real time access to their records. Remote access means community and field-based teams can access Crosscare through the system, giving them access to patient records while on the move.
