Why your support matters

Today, there are 464 people in our community being cared for by the St Margaret’s team. Those people are our loved ones, our friends, our neighbours. Every day, we take the time to care - listening to what’s important to people as they approach the end of their life, tailoring the support we provide to help patients live as well as they can for as long as possible.
