We need your donations more than ever... We just need you to look after them for us please.

Last week we took the decision to close all of our shops to protect our staff, volunteers and supporters, in line with the government guidelines.

During this time, we are asking you to keep hold of your great quality donations, to help us prepare for the day we are able to reopen the doors and welcome you back to one of the 33 shops we have across Somerset. Please do not leave your donations outside our shops as we will not be able to come in to accept them.

Right now, our doctors, nurses and therapists are helping to shoulder the huge burden on the NHS right across our community as our country faces the biggest health crisis in living memory.

We need your help now and in the coming weeks and months to ensure that we can continue to care for and support patients facing a life limiting illness during this national crisis and in the future. We are having to postpone fundraising events, our wonderful volunteers are unable to do bucket collections and as you know our shops have had to temporarily close.

With your good quality donations, our shops will be fully stocked, giving us the best chance to start to make up for lost income. We are reaching out to ask if you and your family could put together a bag of items and hold on to it, then donate them to your local shop when it is safe to do so. We will be setting up drop in donation points on some days when shops reopen to facilitate quick and easy donation drop offs.
