Could your image feature in our 2025 calendar that gets sold in our 31 shops across the county?
We are asking for supporters to send in their Somerset themed images to be in with a chance to feature in our 2025 calendar. Your images could range from the glorious Somerset landmarks to the beautiful seaside, to an image of a tractor ploughing a field.
You can enter up to three images in total. The images will be chosen internally by our Marketing and Communications team. The images need to be taken and sent in landscape mode similar to above, so that we don't have to stretch or majorly crop your amazing images.
Please include the location of where the image was taken when submitting your entries, as this will be included in the calendar if your image is chosen.
Entries can be made until 15 July 2024.
Our calendars are an amazing way of generating income for the hospice, to enable St Margaret’s to continually provide the vital care and support to patients facing a life-limiting illness and their families across Somerset.
Please read the following terms and conditions before entering:
- There will be no monetary or tangible value paid to the owner of the images chosen, however you will have full credit and names and locations will be included under each photo.
- Images must be taken within Somerset and promote a Somerset theme.
- Images cannot include people or faces.
- You may submit up to three images only using a JPEG format. These must be of a 3.5 – 4 MB in quality.
- The images that are chosen, will be credited to the rightful owner within the calendar.
- Images must be sent through of high quality via email to calendar@st-margarets-hospice.org.uk
- You may send more than one email if you have multiple images of large file size that cannot be sent in one email together.
- Please be respectful of the environment, wildlife and any rules of the area images are being taken.
- Entries close on Monday 15 July 2024.
- Successful entrants will be contacted no later than 31 July 2024.
- Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
If you have your image chosen, we will contact you via email to let you know, and we will send a 2025 calendar to you once they are in stock as a way of thanks for participating and supporting us.
