You can help us raise thousands of pounds this year at our brand new event, The Big Somerset Cricket Bash by giving the priceless gift of a few hours of your time.
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people on Sunday 30 June 2024 to marshal along our 5km route around Taunton.
You will be allocated a station along the route and will cheer participants along as they pass through, staying there until the sweeper has passed. If a participant is in trouble, you will be responsible for contacting the Event Team.
You do not need any specific experience or qualifications, but the role may be suitable if you:
- enjoy meeting and talking to new people,
- are keen to support, raise funds and the profile of St Margaret’s Hospice Care,
- are willing to represent the hospice and wear branded uniform whilst volunteering.
