Information for patients and visitors

Welcome to the Sunflower Centre

We can provide specialist support and advice for patients with life-limiting illness or advanced progressive conditions. The service is for people who are well enough to live at home but need to access the specialist support that St Margaret’s can offer in addition to that provided by their normal health and social care services.
