The St Margaret’s Hospice Care Education and Learning Resource Hub has been created to support health care professionals in the understanding and treating palliative and end of life patients. Intially developed during the Covid pandemic some of the resources may still refer to circumstances during this period. We will be replacing these resoruces in the coming months.
