The Volunteering Team are looking for someone who can support the whole team. From supporting the Volunteer Manager, Recruitment Lead or Experience Coordinator with various projects and tasks.
What you will be doing
- Entering and/or analysing data
- Recruitment Support
- Preparing information packs
- Electronic filing and scanning
- Answering and responding to phone calls and emails
- Ad hoc Reception Support.
Skills, experience and personal qualities most suited to the role
- Use of IT systems and databases
- Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A high standard of communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team.

What we need from you
- A minimum commitment of 6 months
- As part of our commitment to safer volunteer recruitment practices, volunteers interested in this role, will be required to provide two references and attend an interview
- Applicants will need to be 18+ to carry out this volunteer role.
