Impact Report

In 2024–25, St Margaret’s Hospice Care supported 5,680 people across Somerset, delivering expert, compassionate care in homes, in the community, and in our In-Patient Units. Behind every number is a person and a family navigating one of life’s most difficult journeys – and thanks to the support of our community, we were able to be there with comfort, dignity, and specialist care when it mattered most. This Impact Report brings those numbers to life, showing how your support is helping more people live well for as long as they can, and ensuring no one faces the end of life alone.
