This May, the Yeovil hospice was filled with anticipation. Hayley Mills, one of our wonderful volunteers, was preparing to say goodbye to something very special: her beloved dreadlocks.

In an inspiring display of generosity, determination and love for her dog, 8-year-old Adeline spent January walking 100 miles with her Great Dane, Olive, raising a remarkable £535 for St Margaret’s Hospice in the process. 

2025's Christmas Tree Collection was our biggest year so far, with 150 volunteers collecting over 2000 trees, and raising £32,000!

We're partnering with Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) to offer a Christmas tree recycling service for households across Somerset!

On Sunday, December 1, 2024, 50 intrepid Santas took on the challenge of abseiling down the iconic 60ft Cheddar Gorge, raising vital funds our hospice.

We transformed Somerset into a vibrant sea of yellow during Hospice Care Week, raising an incredible £11,611.94 in support of our essential hospice services.
