Walk it. Run it. Cycle it. Swim it. Paddle it.
Take on the challenge – your way!
One distance. Any way you choose.
100km might sound like a big challenge – but spread across a whole month, it’s more achievable than you think.
That could be:
- A daily dog walk
- A few cycles each week
- Swimming lengths at your local pool
- Paddleboarding, hiking, running – or a mix of everything!
However you choose to do it, every kilometre you complete will help fund expert care for patients and families across Somerset.
This is a challenge you can make your own.
You don’t need to be an athlete.
You don’t need to do it all in one go.
100km across August works out at just over 3km a day – and it’s completely up to you how you get there.
Go at your pace.
Fit it around your life.
Do it solo, with friends, or as part of a team.

By taking on 100k Your Way, you’ll be helping St Margaret’s Hospice provide vital care and support to people facing life-limiting illness.
