Why we need you
St Margaret’s Hospice is looking for friendly volunteers to help man our stands at the May Day Festival. It’s a relaxed and sociable role, and after your shift you can soak up the atmosphere of the festival.
Your time helps us raise vital funds to support patients and families across our community, and even a short shift can make a real difference.
Would this role suit you?
If you’re someone looking to support your local hospice but can’t commit to regular hours, supporting one of our events is a great way to get involved. Whether you can give the whole day or just a few hours, your support will be appreciated.
This role would suit people who:
- Don’t mind volunteering outside, rain or shine
- Want to support a great cause.
- Enjoy meeting new people.
