This year, St Margaret’s is proud to host its fifth Earth Day event, organised by our Green Group. Held annually across our hospice sites, Earth Day is an informative and relaxed event that brings together teams from across St Margaret’s, alongside local organisations and community groups, to share ideas, inspiration and practical ways we can all contribute to a greener planet.
Whether you are a member of staff, a volunteer, a supporter or part of the local community, we’d love you to join us.
What to expect
Visitors can explore a variety of stalls showcasing sustainability initiatives, green projects and practical ideas for making a positive environmental impact.
You’ll be able to find out more about what St Margaret’s is doing as part of its green strategy, meet local organisations who are passionate about protecting the planet, and enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere.
There will also be cake and refreshments available (for a small donation), making it a great opportunity to stop by, learn something new and connect with others.
