Rob and Alison in a meadwRob & Alison’s Story

Rob was a dedicated runner and former Air Force serviceman who later joined the nuclear police. He ran marathons, hit the gym regularly, and even inspired his partner Alison to run a 10k with him in Brighton.

In 2023, Rob was diagnosed with a brain tumour. St Margaret’s Hospice cared for him with deep compassion until his passing. “They really loved Rob, and they really got to know him” Alison says. “Now I want to give back—to keep his memory alive.”

By joining the Colour Run, you’ll help St Margaret’s continue supporting families like Rob and Alison’s when they need it most.
