Adults, children, families, and groups. Pushchairs are welcome for the Mini Trot.

Ages 11–15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
One adult may accompany a maximum of two under-16s. -
1K Children’s Fun Run (ages 10 and under)
Each child must be accompanied by their own responsible adult.

No, it’s not required to fundraise – but we would be so grateful if you do! Every penny helps us continue to provide compassionate, specialist care to patients and families across Somerset.

Yes! Walkers, joggers and runners are all welcome. The event is not timed.
Absolutely – the more festive, the better! Santa suits, sparkles, antlers and tinsel are all encouraged.
Trot numbers and hats can be collected from 9am at the Information Desk on Castle Green.
Unfortunately, if you can’t take part, entry fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are only considered if the event is cancelled by the organisers (excluding online booking fees).
You may transfer your place to another person before the entry closing date, as long as the substitute provides their full details in advance. No substitutions are allowed after entries close.
Yes! We welcome volunteers to help marshal, cheer and support runners on the day. You can find out more here.
