Located on Severn Drive, Lisieux Way, in Taunton, the new shop offers a wide range of pre-loved clothing, accessories, toys and bric-a-brac, giving shoppers the opportunity to find a bargain while supporting local hospice care. The store also benefits from free, convenient parking directly outside, making it easy for customers to shop and donate.
The Lisieux Way shop is our 32nd charity shop and represents the latest investment in the hospice’s retail network, which plays a vital role in funding specialist palliative and end-of-life care across Somerset.
As is characteristic of many of our retail locations, the Lisieux Way shop will place a strong focus on community, providing a safe space for local people to volunteer, connect with others, and feel part of something meaningful.
Every item donated and sold in St Margaret’s charity shops helps generate income that directly supports hospice care for patients and their families. Charity shops also play an important environmental role, helping to extend the life of unwanted items and preventing thousands of tonnes of goods from ending up in landfill each year.
We’re really excited to be joining the Lisieux Way community and can’t wait to start welcoming customers and donors to our lovely new shop.
