In order to help us to continue to provide care and support to patients facing a life-limiting illness across Somerset we're asking that you raise a minimum of £21 while completing your challenge.
Your £21 could pay towards the cost of an hours support over the phone to a patient and their family during the Coronavirus pandemic.
