Work Experience at St Margaret’s Hospice Care
We will be offering six work experiences opportunities each academic year on either side of the county. Our programme takes place over five consecutive days (Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm) and aims to provide an informative, interesting and interactive insight into the running of the hospice and the vast range of services we provide.
As part of the programme you will have the opportunity to be involved in various tasks within the following departments (please note these may be subject to change).
- Sunflower Centre (Day Hospice)
- In-patient Unit
- Catering and estates
- Fundraising and Marketing Team
- Retail
Please note that the programme may be subject to change dependant on service requirements.
