Challenge yourself to resist sweets, chocolate and fizzy drinks by taking on a sugar free month for St Margaret’s. We are asking you try to completely give up food and drink that contains added sugar, but it’s your challenge so give up as much as you like. Friends and family who know you’re a sugar addict might doubt you, so ask them to put their money where their mouth is and sponsor you.

In order to help us to continue to provide care and support to patients facing a life-limiting illness across Somerset we're asking that you raise a minimum of £21.
Your £21 could pay towards the cost of an hours support over the phone to a patient and their family during the Coronavirus pandemic.
