St Margaret’s is looking for thrill seekers to help raise vital funds

Last updated: May 25, 2021

Are you looking for an exhilarating challenge that will push you to your limits?

St Margaret’s Hospice Care is on the search for fundraisers to take part in a 15,000ft skydive this summer to raise vital funds to help the hospice continue to care for patients and their families with a life-limiting illness across Somerset.

The hospice is looking for thrill seekers to join their team of fantastic flyers on Sunday 27 June at Dunkeswell and take to the skies above Honiton to complete a tandem skydive.

After paying a £50 registration fee, jumpers agree to raise a minimum of £400 in sponsorship, half of the sponsorship pays for the jump and the other half goes directly to the hospice. The hospice hopes that with a team of supporters taking place on the day they will each raise enough to pay for a patient to receive 24 hours of care in the hospice In-patient Unit.

By taking part in the skydive, you’ll also have a chance to meet fellow supporters and receive lots of help and support from the fundraising team along your journey.

Places are limited so make sure you sign up today! When you sign up make sure you tick the ‘Jump for Free Scheme’ box.
