A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join our busy, friendly, supportive, conscientious and talented Human Resources team.

The role combines the management of individual cases (capability, probation, ill health, disciplinary, grievance and absence) with specific project work, policy development and line management of the HR Coordinator team. The role is varied, challenging and interesting and you will be involved in all aspects of supporting St Margaret’s people management strategy.

You will:

  • possess the required qualifications and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels;
  • have a strong employee relations background and proven experience in managing change projects;
  • have an understanding of payroll processes and a general understanding of pensions;
  • have an adaptable and flexible approach to workloads and priorities;
