Join us for An Evening with Clinton Rogers as he shares stories from his new book 'A Life in Broadcasting: Celebrities, Wars and All'.
Clinton Rogers is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster who started his career almost fifty years ago. He has worked in local newspapers, in radio and television, for both ITV and the BBC. When he retired in 2020 it was after nearly forty years working for the BBC, mainly in his home county of Somerset. However retirement hasn’t meant he’s had a rest, instead he’s spent the time writing reflections of his time in broadcasting and has collated these into a book, with all proceeds donated to the hospice.
To celebrate the publication of A Life in Broadcasting, Celebrities, Wars and All Clinton will be chatting to Claire Carter from BBC Radio Somerset about the wonderful stories featured in the book.
