Developing your resilience

Becoming resilient doesn't just happen, it is ongoing work. These informal online sessions are for unpaid carers in a caring role.

This programme consists of 3 x 45 minute sessions to support you as a carer to develop your resilience. They are all available for free online. Just join us on the day by clicking the links below (you don't need to install anything).

Each session covers a different area within developing your resilience, you are welcome to join one, two or all three of them.
