If you are keen to raise awareness of your business why not check out our latest sponsorship opportunities, which will help you communicate your brand to our community of supporters. As well as a range of public fundraising events we also have certain projects and services that lend themselves to sponsorship.
If you want to support the causes close to your employee’s hearts why not enroll in payroll giving or do a joint promotion to showcase St Margaret’s as a potential beneficiary to those staff who are new to payroll giving. A regular donation to St Margaret’s can go a long way. Over the course of a year a monthly £10 donation could pay for a home visit from one of our specialist nurses. Learn more here.
Charity of the Year & Employee Fundraising
If you are looking for a more multi-purpose partnership where all your staff can get behind a local community project, give us a call to talk about charity of the year. We’d love to team up and work together to raise funds and awareness, which is driven by the enthusiasm and commitment of your employees.
Together we will create a bespoke calendar of engaging events and opportunities, tailored to help meet your business goals and corporate social responsibility needs. We will be on hand to advise how your staff can get involved in fundraising activities, volunteering time and skills, events, challenges and more.
In addition, we have plenty of fun ways for your staff to raise money that directly supports our work. From organising a bake sale to a fancy-dress day, we'd love to help you develop great fundraising ideas that relate to your business and can be applied in your work environment.
Buy a table at our annual Ball
Every year St Margaret’s organises a glitzy Ball, hosted at the Somerset County Cricket Ground. The event can accommodate up to 250 people, with tables selling for £500 for ten people. It’s a great opportunity to extend your own corporate hospitality to clients or customers or a chance to say thank you and treat your own staff – after what has been a particularly challenging year! The 2021 Ball is scheduled for 1st October – don’t miss out – call us now on 01823 365606 to book your table and join other companies from across Somerset for a well-earned let your hair down event! More details to follow soon.
Volunteering for St Margaret's provides a very real opportunity for staff development, both individually and as part of a team. From helping out at our events, to gardening at our hospices, we have a wide variety of opportunities that staff can get stuck in to. If you think that your workforce can help the hospice by volunteering in any capacity, then please do get in touch.
Your company can offer employees the chance to increase their fundraising efforts through match funding. Match funding means your company matches the amount raised by an employee, usually up to a certain amount, effectively doubling the employee's donation.
Aligning brands to increase our joint impact
Cause-related marketing is a great way to raise both money and awareness. While a company can benefit from association with a cause important to the local community, St Margaret's can benefit from improved awareness and a percentage or specified amount from each product sold.
